Border Police announces about a tragic case involving an employee of the institution. An inspector of the Border Police Sector Larga was found strangled in the wood around the village. The inspector had to come to work today, and his absence raised concerns among colleagues, for which were initiated searches.

Today, June 11, the deputy head of the Department of Border Police, Ianuş Erhan had a working meeting with the liaison officer of the German Federal Police in Bucharest, Andre Wischmeyer.

The Border Police comes with some details of the event that took place in the area of responsibility of the Border Police Sector Lipcani, the operation was a joint and concomitant with the Romanian border authorities and were detained persons on both sides of the Prut.
