On April 28, 2014 we became witnesses of an unprecedented event for the Republic of Moldova. We do not need visas to travel to Europe.
41 cases of illegal fishing involving 89 individuals were recorded by the Border Police officers from the beginning of the year. From the persons who practiced the illegal fishing were seized more than 1,100 meters of net and utensils prohibited.
As a result of carrying out of the specific activities in the area of competence, the Border Police officers, during 21 – 25 April 2014, revealed and documented 123 persons, who violated the border and migration legislation of the Republic of Moldova, as it follows:
1638 Moldovan citizens, holders of biometric passports, crossed the border crossings with the European Union and via Chisinau International Airport.
