The accuracy of the process of informing and the coercive intervention, in case of citizens immobilization, who violate the order of law, as well as the positions of counter fight and the applying of firearms - were studied for two weeks by border policemen and police inspectors.
The training took place at the National College of Border Police and is among the initiatives of cooperation between representatives of the subdivisions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The training aimed to provide information on measures taken by law enforcement officers during the execution of the mission of service, in particular the exchange of experiences among participants and the formation of new collaborations on common areas of activity. In order to assimilate the most effective practices and techniques applied, the training was based on more practical hours, among those 80 hours expected.
During training, those 28 border policemen and police inspectors have studied the concept of tactical police intervention, the concept of opponent and his/her means of action. All theoretical aspects studied have been implemented through daily training and practical activities with application of devices and equipment from the endowment.
The workshop was conducted in an interactive manner, being outlined various suggestions on the most effective and affordable methods of organization of work, and the knowledge gained, will certainly contribute to the implementation of the practices taken, in everyday life.
