As a result of carrying out of the specific activities in the area of competence, the Border Police officers, during 15-21 December 2014, revealed and documented 132 persons, who violated the border and migration legislation of the Republic of Moldova, as it follows:

- 14 persons for illegal crossing or attempt to cross the border illegally;
- 36 persons for violation of border area regime, as well as that of the BCPs;
- 9 persons for presenting of false, falsified and foreign 12 documents;
- 12 cases of illegal state border crossing of the material goods;
- 32 foreign citizens for violation of rules of stay on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;

- 29 persons in conflict with law and 3 transport units under confinement were detained at the border crossing points, due to information exchange.
The flow of people crossing the state border was about 287 000 persons and the transport traffic flow recorded approximately 65 000 of transport means units.
The flow of persons who crossed the state border was about 287 thousand persons, and the traffic of vehicles recorded a flow of about 65 thousand units.
For various legal reasons, 274 persons were not authorized to cross the state border, of which 248 - at the exit of the country. The reasons for not allowing the border crossing remain to be: the invalid or expired document, the lack of the necessary border crossing documents etc.

During the reporting period, to 71 Moldovan citizens was not allowed the entry into the Russian Federation, other 7 were deported. At the same time, to the EU was limited the entry to 7 countrymen and 4 were deported for violating the rules of stay.
