| Short description | Objective: to secure and monitor efficiently the state border and enhance border management by installing a fixed and mobile communications network on the state border segments. This modern telecommunications network will be able to support simultaneous voice, video and data related services allowing the integration of other services in the future. Thus, the development of an efficient border control system will allow free movement of persons and goods, prevention of cross-border crime and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms. |
