The students of the specialty "Border Guards" of the Military Academy of the Armed Forces "Alexandru cel Bun" participate at an additional training course in specialized fields to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired.
The course runs during 3-14 March, within the National Border Police College. The students shall be trained by the officers with experience in organizing the service from the Directorates of the Department of Border Police and by the teacher staff of the College.
The carrying out of this qualitative training arises from the need to connect the knowledge of the future Border Police officers to last changes in service organization and familiarization with special, modern equipment of the Border Police. Similarly, the course has the aim and the initiation of young professionals with new tactics of state border surveillance and control. In this regard, the students have recapitulated some modules from core curriculum, such as border control, border surveillance, weapon systems, tactics of intervention, special equipment, aviation security, as well as action tactics of the mobile teams.
The course shall be completed by carrying out the shootings with armament systems of the Border Police.
