At the exit of the country, at the BCP Otaci was presented a minibus of model "Mercedes" with license plates from Hînceşti, which carried passengers on a regular route Ungheni-Moscow.
During the check, the Customs Service drug dog named Oscar, reacted positively to a black box, located under the driver's seat. As a result of the physical check in the transport were found four boxes with white pills, the total weight of the tablets representing 3.5 kg. During the investigation, the driver declared that he didn't know about the contents of the boxes, although it was under his seat, he added that the box was put in the place by the owner of the minibus and was destined for a resident of Moscow.
Should be mentioned that, in collaboration with experts of EUBAM, the entire amount of pills was subjected to a test for determining whether they are part of a series of psychotropic products.
During rigorous verifications the control team used the detector "Ranger" and the tests "Vargar". According to preliminary results, it was determined that the pills as drugs show positive reaction like amphetamine and diazepam.
