Iranian nationals with false identity

pu traversareThe Border Police officers discovered two persons (brother and sister) from Iran who tried to reach European Union with false identity documents.
Yesterday evening at Chisinau- Airport BCP were presented at exit of the country, with route Chisinau - Madrid - Lisbon, two young persons, who were identified with identity documents issued by the Israeli authorities.

While border control, the Border Police officers had suspicions about traveling documents presented by the respective two young persons, thus there were carried out some checks of the passport with special equipment. Thus it has been established that these documents present obvious signs of falsifications. Similarly, during investigations among their personal things there were found their genuine passports issued by the Iranian authorities. To the young persons, who turned to be brother and sister, aged 20 and, respectively, 15, there was interrupted their journey.
Given the fact that persons have sought asylum in the Republic of Moldova, the Iranians shall be transmitted to the Bureau of Migration and Asylum of MIA.

The case is being investigated by the officers of the Special Investigation Service of the Border Police Sector Chisinau International Airport in order to establish all the circumstances.
